If you contact us via a form or e-mail, we use your data exclusively to process your request. The data is processed via our provider Help Scout and sent via Gmail.
Social Media
We maintain profiles on the following networks:

When visiting these platforms, the respective privacy policies of the providers apply. We have no influence on their data processing.
Data Transfer to Third Countries
Some of our service providers are located outside Switzerland or the EU (e.g., in the USA). In these cases, we ensure appropriate safeguards under Art. 44 ff. GDPR and revDSG (e.g., EU Standard Contractual Clauses).
Retention Period and Deletion
Personal data is stored only as long as necessary for the respective purpose or as required by statutory retention periods. Afterwards, the data is routinely deleted.
